Today is Russian Orthodox Easter and we decided to show you how it is celebrated in the Anti Ukraine government(Pro Russian) Donetsk People's Republic controlled territory of the Ukraine Warzone. DPR and Ukraine have been at war for almost 7 years now but the people still keep their faith. Easter is a huge holiday for Russians and they have many of the same traditions as the west but also many more. This Church is in the heart of the capital of the Donetsk People's Republic also named Donetsk. It needs to be noted that over the last month there has been a large escalation where many have been killed(both civilians and soldiers)

In the southern part of Armenia in the Syunik Province, there is a highway that runs back and forth between "Official" Azerbaijan territory and Armenian Territory. In reality, this area was inhabited by Armenians. After the trilateral agreement between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, that brought an end to the Armenia Azerbaijan War, Azerbaijan started to kick Armenians out of their homes and off the "Official" Azerbaijan Land. This is not permitted by the trilateral agreement but no-one stopped them from doing it anyway. There is one village, Shurnukh, in this area that the "Official" border goes through the middle of the town. In this village, there are 45 families(as told to us by locals) and 11 of these Azerbaijan has stolen their homes. This area is very tense as the war is not far in the past but never the less we traveled there to show you the reality of what is and has happened there. There were some moments that were a bit scary not knowing what country we were in. We spoke to a family whose home was stolen by Azerbaijan.

Today I delivered alot of material to rehab the family of 7 that home was shelled and is homeless. Tomorrow we start construction on the home. Today we were told that because of the damage 75% of their roof also needs replaced, not just patch as we were hoping. So this means we are replacing 50% of the outer walls of the home, windows and 75% of the roof. We are purchasing all of the materials and the labor is getting done at a great price because it is for humanitarian aid.
