(ENG SUBS) The situation in Donetsk is deteriorating rapidly. For the third day in a row Ukraine forces have attacked civilian areas of Donetsk with artillery. After 9 pm last night Ukraine launched mortars on the village of Spartak, as a result 11 homes were hit and burned to the ground.
